By accessing or using the BlueHeaven Games website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

The BlueHeaven Games website is an informational platform providing details about BlueHeaven Games, our title B.L.U.E. (Build. Launch. Upgrade. Evolve.), and links to third-party platforms including Steam and Discord. The Site does not currently process purchases or host user-generated content. The Site includes a newsletter sign-up feature through which visitors may voluntarily submit their email address to receive updates from BlueHeaven Games.

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, concept art, video, audio, and the B.L.U.E. game name and branding — is the property of BlueHeaven Games and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the United States and internationally.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without the prior written consent of BlueHeaven Games.

The Site contains links to third-party platforms including Steam (Valve Corporation) and Discord. These platforms are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. BlueHeaven Games is not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of any third-party platform. Accessing third-party links is done at your own risk.

By submitting your email address through the newsletter sign-up form on the Site, you consent to receiving periodic email communications from BlueHeaven Games, including development updates, announcements, and news about B.L.U.E.

You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email you receive from us, or by contacting us directly at blueheavengamesdev@gmail.com. We will not share your email address with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

BlueHeaven Games' total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).
